OP Asset Management Ltd. (OPAM) is the majority-owned asset management subsidiary of OP Cooperative, itself a subsidiary of OP Financial Group in Finland. Formerly known as Pohjola Asset Management Ltd., the firm was established as OKO Asset Management when when OKO Bank's and Pohjola's asset management operations merged. Headquartered in Helsinki, OPAM provides institutional investors with a full range of asset management services, depending on client needs: discretionary investment management, advisory investment management or opportunities to invest in individual mutual funds available from OP Mutual Funds and a wide range of international partners’ funds.

Keskinäinen Eläkevakuutusyhtiö Etera (KEE) is the mutual insurance subsidiary of Keskinäinen Eläkevakuutusyhtiö Ilmarinen in Finland. Originated in 1961, the current firm was established in 2003 and is located in Helsinki. KEE manages pension funds for employees in short-term employment relationships (LEL), and for special groups of employees such as performing artists (TaEL) and the self-employed. The pension benefits provided by the firm also include old-age, disability, unemployment, survivor and rehabilitation insurance. The firm is involved in occupational health research and promotion.
