Formerly known as BT Investment Management Ltd., the firm was founded in 2007 and changed their name to Pendal Group Ltd. in 2018. They became part of Perpetual Ltd. (ASX: PPT) in 2023. PG-IM utilizes a multi boutique business model to manage funds for retail and institutional clients and other intermediaries.

Antares Capital Partners Ltd. (Antares Capital) is an investment management firm headquartered in Melbourne, Australia. The firm was founded in 1994 and formerly known as Portfolio Partners and Aviva Investors. They are a subsidiary of National Wealth Management Holdings Ltd., itself a subsidiary of National Australia Bank Ltd. (ASX: NAB) in Australia. Antares Capital manages assets on behalf of Australian investors.
