Theresa B. Miller

Ms. Miller brings a wealth of experience to Federal Street Partners, which she joined at its inception.
From 1995 to 2000, she lived in California and was a consultant to Northern Trust Global Advisors, Inc., assisting with the disposition of real estate investments and preparation of financial statements for the United Kingdom funds.
She was also an accounting consultant to GE Capital.
Prior to 1995, she worked for RCB International Inc. as Vice President-Investment Accounting.
She managed the analytical staff responsible for the valuation and reporting of investment funds.
Ms. Miller was also responsible for managing the custodial relationships and assisted with the creation of the internal audit function for RCB Trust Company.
She served as an auditor for Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1984 to 1988.
Ms. Miller earned a BBA degree in Accounting from Iona College (1984), and is a Certified Public Accountant (1984).
