Thomas A. Boman

Mr. Boman has years of experience, primarily as a tax consultant with Big 5 accounting firms.
Prior to joining Advantage Capital in 2000, he was a senior manager with the St. Louis office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he provided tax-consulting services to a variety of companies, focusing primarily on partnerships.
Mr. Boman serves as an adjunct instructor at the School of Law at Washington University of St. Louis, teaching partnership taxation.
He also serves on The American Bar Association's Committee on Partnerships and LLCs.
Mr. Boman received both his Juris Doctor and Master's in Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor's degree from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
