KAS Investment Servicing GmbH (KAS-IS) is the German fund administration arm of KAS Bank NV (XA: KA), a European bank based in Amsterdam and specialized in wholesale securities services. Formerly known as Delta Lloyd Investment Managers GmbH, the firm was acquired in 2008 from Delta Lloyd Deutschland AG, majority-owned by Delta Lloyd NV and part of the UK-based insurance group Aviva plc (LSE: AV). KAS-IS was established in 1998 and is based in Wiesbaden. The firm acts as a Kapitalanlagegesellschaft and provides an extensive range of fund administration services for institutions including pension funds and insurance companies. They service institutional funds, mutual funds and segregated accounts such as insurance portfolios. Their activities comprise fund accounting, risk management, compliance monitoring, reporting and performance measurement.

Deka Investment GmbH (Deka) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale in Germany. Founded in 1995, the firm is headquartered in Frankfurt and acts as the investment arm of the DekaBank Group. The firm offers a range of funds in a variety of asset classes including large-, mid- and small-cap, corporate and government bonds, asset backed securities and convertible bonds for retail and institutional investors.

Deka FundMaster Investment GmbH (DFI) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deka Investment GmbH, itself a subsidiary of DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale in Germany. Located in Frankfurt, the firm provides fund administration services to institutional investors. They also provide back- and middle-office capabilities to external investment managers and facilitate the launching of funds by asset managers. One of their areas of expertise is the selection of fund sub-advisors. The internal fund administrator for the parent bank and their subsidiaries, DFI is the largest fund administrator in Germany.
