Tina Sandoval

Tina Sandoval is Senior Vice President and Chief Culture Officer of Vineyard National Bancorp and Vineyard Bank.
She joined Vineyard Bank in January 2005.
Prior to joining Vineyard Bank, Ms. Sandoval was Human Resources Manager of Business Bank of California from January 2002 to June 2004.
She has 15 years of corporate culture and employee development experience.
Ms. Sandoval was Education and Development Manager of Hawthorne Savings FSB from August 1997 to January 2002.
