Tom Hershey

Prior to joining White Peak Capital, Mr. Hershey retired from the National Security Agency in 1999 after more than 30 years of continuous service, and now provides technical and managerial consulting services to companies seeking or engaged in U.S.
Government contracts.
As the Head of NSA’s Collection Operations Group, he directed a 1000+ person organization responsible for defining mission architectures and system requirements to satisfy SIGINT collection needs, providing mission management, conducting operations, and developing related techniques.
As Head of Advanced Reconnaissance Programs, he led several hundred technical professionals while overseeing the activities of six program management offices and two R&D organizations.
As Head of Joint Programs System Engineering, he led system engineering activities that contributed to successful development and deployment of world-wide mission systems.
In prior assignments, he served in program management and system engineering roles which resulted in deployment of new signal collection and processing systems.
Mr. Hershey holds an a M.S.
degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland (1974) and a B.S.
degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Akron (1969).
