Vasile Puscas

Vasile Puscas is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director at Banca Transilvania SA since 2013.
He is also currently serving as the Director of International Studies & Professor at Babes-Bolyai University since 1979.
Additionally, he holds the position of Independent Non-Executive Director at Teraplast SA starting from 2023.
In his former roles, Dr. Puscas served as the Director of International Relations at The Romanian Academy from 2002 to 2007.
He was also the Director of the Institute for International Economic Studies in Sweden from 1999 to 2012.
Furthermore, he held the position of Director at the Romanian Cultural Center from 1991 to 1992.
Dr. Puscas served as a Minister in the Government of Romania from 2008 to 2009.
He was an Associated Professor at the University of Trieste from 2000 to 2012.
Additionally, he was a Member of the Romania Ministry of Education & Scientific Research from 2002 to 2016.
Dr. Puscas obtained his undergraduate and doctorate degrees from Babes-Bolyai University.
