Will S. McDermott

Mr. McDermot joined Morgan Joseph & Co. in May 2010.
Most recently, he served as Managing Director and head of institutional sales at Soleil Securities, a position he held for two years.
Previously, he had similar positions with Wachovia Securities and at WR Hambrecht & Company.
Before that, he was head of institutional sales at Hambrecht & Quist in 1995.
Among other Wall Street firms, he had institutional sales assignments with Dean Witter Reynolds, CJ Lawrence, Alex Brown & Sons and Kidder Peabody.
His first Wall Street position was with Paine Webber, Jackson & Curtis.
