MHP PrJSC is an agro-industrial company, which owns and operates each of the key stages of chicken production processes. It operates through three segments: Poultry & Related Operations, Grain Growing; and Other Agricultural. The Poultry and Related Operations segment produces and sells chicken meat, vegetable oils and mixed fodder. The Grain Growing segment grows crops for fodder production and for sale to third-parties. The Other Agricultural segment produces and sells sausage and cooked meat, convenience foods and produce from cattle and milk operations. The company was founded by Yuriy Kosyuk in 1998 and is headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine.
