Der Verwaltungsrat der SCHMOLZ+BICKENBACH AG hat beschlossen, auf den 13. September
2013 eine ausserordentliche Generalversammlung einzuberufen. Auf diesen Zeitpunkt hin haben die bisherigen Verwaltungsräte Dr. Hans-Peter Zehnder (Präsident), Dr. Marc Feiler (Vize- präsident), Dr. Gero Büttiker, Roland Eberle, Carl Michael Eichler, Benoît D. Ludwig und Roger Schaack ihren Rücktritt erklärt. Die entsprechenden Ersatzwahlen für den Verwaltungsrat werden anlässlich der ausserordentlichen Generalversammlung stattfinden. Die Publikation der Traktandenliste erfolgt zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt.
