UBS GROUP AG Redemption of UBS Group AG senior unsecured notes
Zurich/Basel, 6 July 2023 - UBS announced its intention to redeem the total outstanding of the USD 1.3bn 1.008% Fixed Rate/Fixed Rate Senior Notes with ISINs 144A: US902613AB45 / RegS: USH42097BS52 (the "Notes") on 30 July 2023, the first optional redemption date. Considering that the optional redemption date is not a business day, the redemption and payment will occur on 31 July 2023, the early redemption date. The Notes were issued by UBS Group AG on 30 July 2020 and are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
