Gegenwärtig ist Dominique Lancksweert Vorsitzender der Sofina SA. In seiner früheren Laufbahn hatte Herr Lancksweert die Position des MD-Institutional Securities Division bei MSCI, Inc. (Belgien). Herr Lancksweert erwarb einen MBA an der Universität von Dallas.

Dominique Butel is the founder of Oslo SA. Prior to founding Oslo SA, he worked as Director of Business Development at Informix Corp., Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Open Country, Inc., and Vice President of Corporate Sales at Agentis Acquisition Corp.
He graduated from Université de Caen Basse-Normandie with a graduate degree and from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Rouen with an undergraduate degree.

Ms. Hansen joined KKR in 2006.
Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Hansen was with OMERS Capital Partners, the private equity arm of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System.
While at OMERS, Ms. Hansen was involved in the sourcing, negotiating, structuring and monitoring of fund investments and direct co-investments in North America and Europe.
Prior to joining OMERS, Ms. Hansen was Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions at Orion Securities, a technology investment bank based in Toronto, Canada.
Ms. Hansen holds a B.Sc in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University and an M.B.A.
from the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Dominique Dionne is currently the Chairman at Public Relations Without Borders, an Independent Director at Lomiko Metals, Inc., a Director at University of Quebec Foundation, a Director at Fabienne Colas Foundation, and a Member at Institute of Corporate Directors.
In the past, he served as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Quebec Precious Metals Corp., a Director at Quebec Mining Association, a VP-Institutional & International Relations at The Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, and a VP-Public Affairs & Strategic Communications at The Public Sector Pension Investment Board.
He also held a position as Vice President-Public Affairs at Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations.
Mr. Dionne received an undergraduate degree from the University of Quebec.
