Adam S. Moskowitz

Mr. Adam S.
Moskowitz is a President & Chief Executive Officer at ASM Capital and a President at T2earth Holdings LLC.
He is on the Board of Directors at Asset-Map Holdings, Inc. He has considerable experience as an analyst in both the equity and fixed income markets.
Before forming ASM Capital, Mr. Moskowitz worked as an Investment Manager at a private investment fund and principal investor in distressed situations where he was responsible for the evaluation and purchasing of distressed debt, primarily of companies engaged in bankruptcy proceedings and/or liquidation.
Prior to that, Mr. Moskowitz was a Managing Director at BDS Securities, a firm specializing in the research and trading of distressed securities, where he analyzed the securities and obligations of financially troubled companies, including companies engaged in bankruptcy proceedings, exchange offers, workouts, financial reorganizations and special situations.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Hofstra University.
