Akshay Mishra

Mr. Akshay Mishra is a Partner & Research Analyst at Indus Capital Partners LLC.
Before joining Indus Capital in 2016, Mr. Mishra worked at UBS Investment Bank in London as a quantitative analyst from 2010 to 2014, working on portfolio strategies within rates and credit.
From 2008 to 2009, he worked for Barclays Capital in Singapore as a graduate business analyst for Emerging Markets FX and money markets.
At Indus, his primary focus is on companies in Japan, ASEAN, India and Australia with a particular emphasis on the semiconductor, precision equipment, IT services, transport and financial sectors.
Mr. Mishra graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology in 2008 with a Bachelor of Technology (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Technology in Thermal and Environmental Engineering.
He obtained his MSc Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2010, and in 2016 he graduated with a Master of Financial Engineering from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
