PT BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNP Paribas Indonesia) is the Indonesian investment management subsidiary of BNP Paribas Asset Management BE Holding, itself a subsidiary of BNP Paribas SA (EPA: BNP; ADR: BNPQY) in France. The firm was formerly known as PT Fortis Investments, the result of a merger between BNP Paribas Investment Partners with Fortis Investments in 2009. They became PT BNP Paribas Investment Partners in 2010 and once again changed their name to PT BNP Paribas Asset Management. Headquartered in Jakarta, BNP Paribas Indonesia offers investment management services to both institutional and retail clients, in the form of discretionary portfolio and mutual funds.

BNP Paribas Asset Management UK Ltd. (BNPP AM UK) is an asset management firm headquartered in London, UK. The firm was founded in 1990 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of BNP Paribas Asset Management Holding SA, itself a subsidiary of BNP Paribas SA (EPA: BNP, ADR: BNPQY) in France. BNPP AM UK provides customized investment management services to institutional clients, wholesale clients and collective investment schemes.

Fortis Investment Management (UK) Ltd. (FIM-UK) became Fischer Francis Trees & Watts (UK) Ltd. in October 2010, and refocused on fixed income investments. In the course of the integration of Fortis into BNP Paribas, the equity investments previously managed by FIM-UK were taken over by BNP Paribas Investment Partners (UK) Ltd., the dedicated asset management business of BNP Paribas SA (XP: BNP) in France. Established in 2003, FIM-UK is located in London. Their clients include institutions, high-net worth individuals and retail investors. In 2008 the firm absorbed ABN AMRO Asset Management Ltd., following the merger of the asset management activities of Fortis and ABN AMRO worldwide. In 2010 Fortis Investments merged with the existing BNP Paribas Investment Partners Group creating a global investment solutions provider which combines the best that large companies have to offer with the reactivity, specialization and entrepreneurial spirit of investment boutiques.

Fortis Investment Management (France) SA (FIM-F) is the French branch of Fortis Investments, the asset management arm and a subsidiary of the banking and insurance Fortis Group (BR: FTS). Fortis Investments is headquartered in Belgium with a global network of branches in the US, Europe and Asia. Fortis Investments manages a broad range of investment products across all major asset classes and markets. Fortis Investments is organized as a worldwide network of competence centers, each specialized in an asset class or geographical region. Their flagship product is the Fortis L Fund, a Luxembourg-domiciled umbrella fund comprising a wide variety of sub-funds, for the most part sectorial. Established in 1986, FIM-F was formerly known as Fimagest and is located in Paris. The firm specializes in European equity and fixed-income, convertible bonds and structured finance. They manage mutual funds, credit derivatives, funds of hedge funds and leveraged funds. They also contribute to the management of asset allocation and balanced funds. FIM-F's clients are institutional investors, particularly pension plans and corporate savings plans, as well as wholesalers and private individuals.
