LBP AM SA (LBP AM) is an asset manager headquartered in Paris, France. Formerly known as La Banque Postale Asset Management SA, the firm was founded in 1988 through the joint venture between Aegon Asset Management and La Banque Postale. Etoile Gestion SA (Etoile Gestion) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Amundi SA, itself a subsidiary of Rue de la Boétie SAS-held Crédit Agricole SA (XP: ACA) in France. Formerly a subsidiary of the federation of mutual banks Groupe Crédit du Nord, Etoile Gestion was created in 1997 and is located in Paris. They manage a number of Sicav and FCP and the UCITS distributed by Crédit du Nord for institutional and corporate clients, financial intermediaries and private individuals. They are a socially responsible investor which incorporates environmental, social and corporate governance considerations in their investments.
