Asier Unda

He joined Talde in 2021.
Currently, he is a board member in Bemed-Jemed Former partner at Uplift, a company focused on advising on Corporate Finance and M&A, also taking part as an investor in deals, business development and portfolio management, accumulating 10 years of experience.
He has also participated in 3 boards of directors.
Previously, he developed his career in the Corporate Finance division of Elkargi, Deloitte and EY where he carried out M&A operations, business valuation, business modeling, debt restructuring and assisting in due diligence processes.
He began his career as an auditor at PwC.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Deusto and a master's degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from the IEB.
