She was also a founding member of the Clean & Green Foundation, Inc. and served as President of the Waters Boards of Bulacan, Inc. Additionally, she was a Trustee at the Local Water Utilities Administration.
Ms. Arnaez holds a graduate degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and undergraduate degrees from Letran College and Centro Internacional De Formacion De Tecnicas.
She is also a member of various organizations such as the Philippine Orchid Society, Philippine Horticultural Society, Soroptimist International of Quezon City, and All Nations Women's Group.
