Mr. Avery J.

He has over 20 years of relevant investment experience.
Prior to founding Onsight, Mr. Son was a Portfolio Manager focused on global financial services investments and Partner at Ivory Investment Management LLC.
He previously served as Co-head of Research and Senior Analyst.
During a 13-year tenure at Ivory, Mr. Son was responsible for all aspects of investment idea generation, research and portfolio construction, as well as training and developing talent.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Son worked as an Associate at the private equity affiliate of Soros Fund Management LLC, after having served as an Analyst at J.P.
Morgan & Co. He received his A.B.
in Economics from Harvard College and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
