Beth Litton

Ms. Litton is a Managing Director and the Chief Human Resources Officer at EIG, with responsibility for talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, portfolio company people strategies, and core HR operations.
Prior to joining EIG, she was a Director at TPG Global and also held a variety of roles over a 24-year career at Ernst & Young/Capgemini, including human resources, talent development, operations, marketing, and communications.
Ms. Litton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of California at Davis, and is a certified organizational change management consultant.
