Blythe's background in HR and leadership development includes serving as chief of staff to the chief human resources officer at Sun Microsystems and working as a certified leadership coach.
Prior to Sun, Blythe served as the director of corporate communications at Intuit, where she established the employee communications function and contributed to the company's recognition as a great place to work globally.
Earlier in her career, she taught English in rural Japan and began her communications career in Tokyo, working on IBM's top customer program for the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano, Japan.
