Brian McDaniel

Brian McDaniel is a partner in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses on the formation and operation of venture capital and other private investment funds.
He represents funds based in the United States, China, India, and Southeast Asia.
His practice is oriented around finding commercial solutions across multiple areas of law, including partnership, tax and regulatory, in multiple jurisdictions.
He has advised on the formation of venture capital funds for over 20 years.
Before practicing law, Brian was a computer engineer who worked with mission controllers at NASA's Johnson Space Center.
