Brooks B.
Allshouse has 19 years of design and construction and program management experience, primarily focusing on airport construction.
As program and project manager he has carried out numerous terminal, landside and airside projects at DEN, DFW and PHX among other major facilities.
Brooks has managed construction of new parking garages, several terminal access roadway projects, and substantial terminal and hangar new construction/renovation projects, as well as utilities projects.
Brooks' day-to-day responsibilities include overall program management, quality assurance, cost estimating, scheduling, change and claim analysis, and contract administration.
Brooks received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1983 and went on to obtain a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1985 and is a registered Professional Engineer.
After working in Texas and Nevada for several years, Brooks relocated to the Denver area to work for DMJM Aviation as the Program Manager for DIA's 6th Runway project as well as various other projects ranging in cost from $500,000 to $100,000,000.
