Stephen Backstrom has been Senior Vice President of Taxation of Comcast Corp.
since 1981.
He is a Director of the Broadband Tax Institute, the Comcast Foundation and Comcast Capital Corp.
Mr. Backstorm is a Member of the Tax Executives Institute, the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, the Council of State Taxation and the Media Industry Tax Group.
Prior to Comcast, he was a Manager of Deloitte & Touche LLP for 10 years.
He served as President of the Broadband Tax Institute.
Mr. Backstrom received a Bachelor's degree from Drexel University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
