Ms. Carla Dawson is a Director-Human Resources at Driehaus Capital Management LLC.
Prior to joining Driehaus Capital Management LLC in 1997, she worked as an associate for Heidrick & Struggles from 1996 to 1997.
In 1996, she worked as a Research Associates for Korn/Ferry International.
Prior to that, she worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Abaco Casa de Bolsa from 1994 to 1996.

Ms. Dawson received her B.A.
