Jones is Managing Partner at Five Points Capital, Inc. (North Carolina).
Prior to joining Five Points Capital, Mr. Jones was the Chief Financial Officer of Mega Force, Inc., a North Carolina based company consolidating the temporary staffing industry in the South.
Prior to Mega Force, Mr. Jones was with Ernst & Young, LLP's Corporate Finance group, advising companies in capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate strategy.
Prior to Ernst & Young, he worked in the New York office of Kidder, Peabody & Company, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Jones received a BS in Mathematics from Davidson College, where he was a Phi Beta Kappa member, as well as an MBA with distinction from the Wharton School of Business, where he was a Palmer Scholar.
