Demeter Partners SA (Demeter Partners) is a French private equity firm which was founded in 2005 by Sophie Paturle-Guesnerot and Stéphane Villecroze and is majority-owned by the management team. I-TEN SA manufactures and markets micro batteries. It serves data backup, smart cards, autonomous sensors, medical and specialty applications. The company was founded by Fabien Gaben in 2011 and is headquartered in Champagne-au-Mont-d'Or, France.

CEA Investissement SA (CEA-I), formerly known as CEA Valorisation, is the corporate venture arm and a wholly-owned subsidiary of CEA-Commissariat à l'Energie Atomique, which is the French governmental agency in charge of civilian and defense nuclear research. CEA-I was established in 1999 and is located in Grenoble, a large city in the southeast of France. CEA-I manages a portfolio of direct participations in high-technology companies. The firm also provides services related to IP protection for research done at CEA, by other public research entities or within private companies.
