Inroads Capital Management (ICM) tends to invest in the stocks of US mid-cap and large-cap companies in the electronic technology, industrial services, healthcare technology, finance and energy minerals sectors. The firm maintains a high turnover rate. For individual investors, ICM customizes investment strategies and asset allocations based on each client's unique objectives. The firm develops each client's investment strategy to provide the appropriate combination of: (1) asset allocation and diversification (2) potential portfolio return opportunity (3) possible portfolio risk and (4) cash flow/withdrawal element.
