Gibson is currently the Co-Chairman & Founding Member of Women of Tocqueville and the Director of United Way of Greater Knoxville.
She also holds positions as the Director of Episcopal School of Knoxville, the Director of Greater Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, the Director of Knoxville Area Chapter of the American Red Cross, and is a Member of Women in Cable Telecommunications and Women Corporate Directors.
In the past, Ms. Gibson served as the Deputy Chairman-Supervisory Board of TVN SA and as a Director of Scripps Networks International (UK) Ltd. She was also the EVP, Chief Legal & Business Affairs Officer of Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. from 2017 to 2018.
Additionally, she held the position of Secretary & General Counsel at America Red Cross Cincinnati Area Chapter and was a Member of the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications.
Ms. Gibson completed her undergraduate degree at Wake Forest University and obtained her graduate degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
