Dale C. Ainge

Dale C.
Ainge was appointed Senior Vice President of INVESTools, Inc. in January 2005.
He was Vice President of Finance and Accounting for INVESTools from January 2004 to December 2004.
Prior to joining INVESTools, Mr. Ainge was an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Interactive Learning Systems, Inc. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Infopia, Inc. from 2000 to 2001 and Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of North Sky, Inc. from 1999 to 2000.
From 1995 to 1999, Mr. Ainge held various positions with CallWare Technologies, Inc., including President and Chief Operating Officer.
From 1989 to 1995, he was Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting for Geneva Steel.
Mr. Ainge received a BA degree and an MA degree in Accounting and Finance from Brigham Young University and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1986.
