David L.
Kleinman was the founder of BAE Systems Advanced Information Technologies, Inc. (founded in 1999) and held the title of Director.
He is currently a Director at Aptima, Inc. (since 1994).
Dr. Kleinman has also held former positions as Chairman at Qualtech Systems, Inc., Director-East Coast Office at Northern Star Holdings, Inc., Senior Engineer at Newman & Associates, Inc. (from 1967 to 1971), Professor at the University of Connecticut (from 1978 to 1998), and Senior Engineer at Beranek, Inc. He has also founded The Bolt Co. (in 1967) and held the title of Senior Engineer.
Dr. Kleinman has a doctorate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (conferred in 1967), a graduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (conferred in 1963), and an undergraduate degree from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science & Art (conferred in 1962).
