David P. Dolgen

Mr. David P.
Dolgen is Founder & Principal at Dolgen Ventures LLC.
He is on the Board of Directors at La Jolla Playhouse, Inc. Prior to forming Dolgen Ventures in 2004, Mr. Dolgen was Chief Executive Officer of SVP Investments.
represented Forest City Enterprises in various capacities, the most recent of which was as President of their Southwest division, Forest City Southwest.
He was responsible for its development, acquisition, and capital raising activities for retail, commercial, and multi-family properties.
Prior to his work with Forest City, he served as Senior Vice President of American Savings and Loan from 1979 to 1981.
Additionally, Mr. Dolgen was a founder and former member of the Board of Directors of the National Bank of Arizona, former Chairman of the Tucson Arizona Mayor's Task Force for Economic Development and Chairman Elect of the Greater Tucson Economic Council.
Mr. Dolgen has served on, chaired, and participated with numerous community, business and government boards in Arizona and California including: the Pima County and the City of Tucson Bond Committees, the Angel Charity for Children, the University Of Arizona Office Of Cultural Affairs, and the San Diego Advisory Board of U.S.
Bank.
He is the Immediate Past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the La Jolla Playhouse.
Recently Mr. Dolgen has founded Housing Impact Managers.
