DeVer G. Warner

Mr. Warner has been involved with and directed a broad range of middle market transactions including acquisitions, recapitalizations, leveraged financings, and divestitures.
Having invested at all levels of the capital structure, Mr. Warner is experienced in a broad array of industries and has extensive experience in the management of portfolio investments.
Prior to joining Saugatuck, Mr. Warner was a Managing Director at Dailey Capital Management, L.P., where he was responsible for all financing activities, the identification and structuring of new investments, and portfolio management.
Prior to Dailey Capital, Mr. Warner spent seventeen years, ultimately as a Managing Director, at IBJ Schroder Bank and Trust Co., where he co-managed leveraged finance and established IBJ Schroder’s equity co-investment practice.
He also spent two years at Banque Paribas, where he co-headed Syndications and Placements, overseeing the placement of in excess of $1.3 billion of leveraged loans and securities.
Mr. Warner graduated with a B.A from Brown University and an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management.
