from 1985 to 1990, Vice President-Marketing of Dutch Boy Philippines, Inc. from 2000 to 2002, Assistant Vice President-Marketing of Basic Holdings Corp.
from 1994 to 1997, President of Informatics Philippines from 1997 to 2000, and Operations Manager of Dc Restaurant Management Systems, Inc. from 1990 to 1994.
Mr. Tan obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Ateneo de Manila in 1985 and his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2013.
