In 1999 Edwin moved to Invesco Capital Management as a limited partner, first to manage fixed income portfolios, and then to return to the US equity market as a client service manager for institutional equity accounts.
Mr. Hines holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Virginia Military Institute, where he currently serves on the Foundation Investment Committee, and served as a lieutenant with the 4th Infantry Division in Viet Nam.
