Dr. Liu received her undergraduate degree in 1991 from Southwestern University of Finance & Economics, graduate degree in 1994 from Southwestern University of Finance & Economics, doctorate degree in 1999 from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and Masters Business Admin degree in 2009 from the University of Cambridge (Judge Business School).
