Caprio is a Managing Director at Chatham Capital Partners, Inc. Mr. Caprio joined Chatham Capital as a Managing Director in 2011.
He most recently served as the elected State Treasurer of Rhode Island as part of a twenty year career in public service.
He chaired Rhode Island's $7 billion pension fund which included 60 private equity investments.
In the private sector, he led North American transactions for Cookson Group plc, a multi-national publicily traded company.
Mr. Caprio graduated of Harvard where he majored in economics, and also has his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School.
