Fu Shuang Zheng

Fu Shuang Zheng is the founder of China Digital Video Holdings Ltd.
(founded in 2007) and currently holds the position of Chairman & Chief Executive Officer.
He is also the Chairman of Newauto Silicon Valley Video Technology Co. Ltd., China Digital Video Beijing Ltd., and Director of Shining Wisdom Group Ltd.
Additionally, he is a Director at Xinxin Holding Co. Ltd.
Mr. Zheng's former positions include Chairman of Beijing Xin'Aote Electronic Co. Ltd.
(1990-2005) and Executive Director of Peking University Resources Holdings Co. Ltd.
(2006-2022).
He also served as Manager at Beijing Aote Electronic Co. Ltd.
in 1990.
Mr. Zheng's education includes a graduate degree from the National University of Defense Technology in 1988, an undergraduate degree from the same university in 1985, an MBA from Guanghua School of Management, and a graduate degree from the Institute of Electronics Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1988.
