Gerald A Habib

Gerry Habib successfully transitioned from his early technical career in chemical engineering following earning an MBA at NYU, to business development/management and, ultimately, Chief Operating Officer of a $10 million pre-tax profit environmental service company.
He has also been a Board Director of three public companies, including a $100 million independent power company, and has directed planning and business development for major specialty chemical companies.
He has much experience in most phases of business growth, M&A, strategic planning and evaluating businesses.
His later career also involved business consulting for a number of specialty chemical clients, private equity firms, insurance companies, and spinoffs, and he has authored numerous multiclient reports for Decision Resources Inc. on M&A, Specialty Coatings, Adhesives, Environmental Chemicals and others.
