Gerald J. Pollack

Gerald J.
Pollack, aged 63 yrs, is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
He joined Rayonier in 1982 as Vice President and Controller.
He was elected to the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1986 and to his current position in May 1992.
He is a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Jacksonville Symphony Association and a member of the Board of the Northern Florida Chapter of Financial Executives International.
He has a B.S.
degree in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A.
degree in Accounting and Finance from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth.
He has announced his plans to retire in January 2006.
