Glenn Wertheim

Glenn Wertheim has been a Director of Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas since November 20, 2007.
He is a Member of the Residential Board of Governors of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
He has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Charter Bank and Charter Southwest Commercial, Inc. since 2001 as well as SMC Properties, Inc. since 1984.
Mr. Wertheim has been President of Charter Co., Inc. since 2000 and Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Charter Insurance Services, Inc. since 1991.
Previously, he held various positions at Charter Southwest Commercial, Inc. from 1983 to 2001 and Charter Bank from 1986 to 2001.
