Gordon S.
Donovan served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Viskase Cos., Inc. from January 1997 to January 2007, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary from November 1989 to January 2007 and Vice President from May 1995 to January 2007.
He had been employed by Viskase since 1987 and retired on January 31, 2007.
Mr. Donovan began his career in Audit Assurance at Ernst & Young and held various senior level financial positions with Sears and Household Merchandising and McGraw-Edison.
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Donovan received a BS degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, Urbana and a Master's in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois.
