Quilter Investors Ltd. is the investment management subsidiary of Quilter Plc (JSE, LON: QLT) in Great Britain. Formerly known as Old Mutual Investment Management Ltd., the firm was founded in 2001 as Skandia Investment Services Ltd. and changed their name in 2012 when Skandia merged with Old Mutual. They became Quilter Investors in 2018. Headquartered in London, Quilter Investors manages funds, segregated mandates and hedge fund structures on behalf of retail, wholesale, institutional and internal customers.

Merian Global Investors (UK) Ltd. (MGI-UK) is an investment management firm headquartered in London, UK. The firm was founded in 1994 as Minkgrove Ltd. and they became Old Mutual Global Investors (UK) Ltd. in 2012 after the merger of Skandia Investment Group and Old Mutual Asset Managers (UK) Ltd. They renamed into Merian Global Investors (UK) Ltd. in 2018. The firm is a direct subsidiary of Jupiter Fund Management Plc (LON: JUP), which acquired the firm in 2020. MGI-UK provides asset management services to sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, endowments, family offices and other financial institutions.
