Gustavo Felizzola

Mr. Gustavo Filizzola is a Research Analyst at Investidor Profissional Gestão de Recursos Ltda., and Member of Mills Engineering SA (Bovespa: MILS3; since March 2009).
He has over 11 years of experience in the Financial Market and was previously employed as Financial Director by Inpar (Bovespa: INPR3), a real estate brokerage company, Finance Officer by Gafisa (Bovespa: GFSA3), one of the largest homebuilders in Brazil, Finance Director FIT Residencial, a subsidiary of Gafisa specializing in low budget houses.
Earlier in his career, he held various positions in Gafisa, such as Head of Structured Finance, Treasurer and Investor Relations Manager, managing a successful initial public offering of Gafisa (IPO) on the BOVESPA, and subsequent listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
Before Gafisa, he was an Investment Analyst in real estate in Atlantic Residential, a joint venture between the Banco Icatu and Prudential Real Estate Investors.
Mr. Filizzola holds a Civel Engineering degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and is certified in Special Studies in Finance, from Harvard University (USA).
