Heinz Tschabold

Mr. Heinz Tschabold is a Portfolio Manager & Senior Investment Professional at Credit Suisse AG.
In 2008, he moved to the real estate securities and has been responsible for the mandates and funds in the area of international real estate and infrastructure investments for institutional and private clients.
Following his academic studies, he worked as Financial Analyst at UBS Warburg and assisted Swiss companies in the construction and engineering fields.
At Credit Suisse, Mr. Tschabold was responsible for implementing fundamental market research and quantitative models in the direct real estate sector.
He was responsible for the asset allocation of the first real estate fund investing internationally, Real Estate Fund International.
He developed market expertise for all developed and emerging market equity and fund investment products and implemented private equity, long-short equity as well as covered-call investment strategies.
He was lead portfolio manager of Realis Investment Ltd.
and co-managed the CS (Lux) European Equity Fund as well as the CS (Lux) Emerging Market Property Equity Fund.
Mr. Tschabold graduated in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) with a Master's in Finance and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).
