For their real estate funds, the firm selects underlying funds based on their performance track record, organizational ability to execute the investment strategy, and financial capacity to meet obligations, among other factors.

Praesidium seeks to generate superior, absolute returns for their clients through the implementation of their private enterprise approach to investing. Their strategy is focused on identifying long-only equity investments in the securities of undervalued public companies using in-depth, bottom-up research. In many cases, they seek to work with the management teams of portfolio companies with the goal of increasing the value of the company.

Napier Park seeks to achieve long-term returns through a combination of long and short positions involving corporate credit-related products including unsecured or secured corporate debt securities and their derivatives, bespoke risk tranches, equity and equity-related securities and various other similar investments. The firm’s credit analyst team relies heavily on bottom-up analysis.
