Jacci Myburgh

Jacci is the co-Head of Old Mutual Private Equity (OMPE) and oversees the investment process, strategic direction, and operational running of the business.
In addition to assuming responsibility for the overall private equity programme, as a member of the OMPE Investment Committee, he is actively involved in all investment decision-making processes and retains portfolio responsibility for key investments.
Jacci is a Chartered Accountant and served articles with PriceWaterhouseCoopers before joining Anglo American’s Corporate Finance division in 1999.
He then worked with Old Mutual’s Corporate Finance division for five years before moving to OMPE as a Portfolio Manager in February 2005.
Jacci serves on the boards of Primedia, Tiger Automotive and the Advisory boards of Actis III, Ethos V and VI, Capitalworks I and II, Holdsport, 10X as well as Alterra.
