They are an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of Victory Capital Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: VCTR). The firm was founded in 1894 and formerly known as Key Asset Management, Inc. Victory Capital-IM provides specialized investment strategies to institutions, intermediaries, retirement platforms and individual investors.

Founded in 1985, Munder Capital Management is a registered investment advisor and mutual fund manager headquartered in Birmingham, Michigan. The firm is a subsidiary of Victory Capital Management, Inc. and their ultimate parent is Victory Capital Holdings, Inc. Comerica Bank (Investment Management Texas) (Comerica-IM) is the asset management arm of Comerica Bank, which is owned by Comerica, Inc. (NYSE: CMA), a financial services company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. The firm was founded in 1849 by Elon Farnsworth. Comerica-IM manages assets for high net-worth individual investors, foundations, endowments and institutional investors. The firm also provides asset allocation guidelines and investment research for Comerica Securities, their brokerage affiliate.
