Mr. Jay Novak is an Advisor at Aethlon Capital LLC.
Mr. Novak a member of the Minnesota Business Hall of Fame.
Prior to joining Aethlon Capital, he was Publisher and Editor of Minnesota’s premier business magazine, Twin Cities Business, a position he held from 2001 through 2010.
Mr. Novak served as Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Trade and Economic Development during the second term of Governor Arne Carlson.
He later served as Senior Vice President for Miller Johnson Steichen Kinnard Investment Securities, a Minnesota-based investment banking firm.
He has also been Director of Communications at General Mills and Press Secretary for United States Senator Rudy Boschwitz.
Mr. Novak is on the Boards of Advisors of YSL Holdings, a software company, and SheerWind, a wind-power company He serves as an officer of The Minneapolis Club and Meet Minneapolis, the city's official convention and visitors association.
He is also on the Leadership Committee of Community Health Charities and recently agreed to join the board of Minnesota International Center.
Mr. Novak has a B.A.
from the University of Wisconsin ('72) and a M.A.
in mass communications from the University of Minnesota.
